The prices shown on the online shop are current. Please note that all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices are GST inclusive (10%).

Ordering Options

FLEW Solutions accepts two types of orders within Australia:

  • Online Shop. Pre-Payment with Credit or Bank Transfers via Paypal through our online shop.
  • Purchase Orders. Sent to [email protected] Post payment via invoice with 30day terms.

Online Shop

Some of our products are available for instant purchase and shipping through our online shopping cart.

Orders placed in this way will generate an instant confirmation email from Paypal and [email protected]

If you do not receive a confirmation email from both Paypal and [email protected], please contact us immediately.

Your order must include a valid delivery address, contact number and email address.
If you will not be in your office while your order is being processed and shipped, please provide an alternate contact to avoid any delay.

Shipment will be made within 48hours of receipt of your online order.

Purchase Order

FLEW accepts purchase orders from all Australian Universities, Government institutions, and ASIC registered companies.

Our invoice terms are 30 days.

We can invoice your order provided we receive an official purchase order from your company or institution raised against a quote our sales staff have issued.

International Orders

Please ask prior to returning any goods.

A 15% re-stocking charge will be charged on products returned because of error on the part of the customer.

This charge will be deducted from the refund, credit note or added to the replacement invoice, whichever is applicable.


All products in this catalogue are guaranteed as advertised. Defective products should be returned to us for refund, replacement or credit. Always contact us prior to returning goods.


All products are intended for use by skilled professional users only and the user assumes all responsibility involved in use and handling. We accept no liability for loss or damage resulting from the use or abuse of our products.


We ship most orders from Brisbane, Queensland within 48 hours.

Same day dispatch is available for certain items , please contact us if you would like it sent the same day.
When items are not in stock, your order may be part-shipped. (We invoice only those items shipped). Items on back-order will be sent as soon as they become available.
FLEW will choose the courier for your order with consideration for the destination, value of parcel, weight and perishability of contents. It is our concern that our shipments reach you, our customer, rapidly and in good condition. Please contact us if you have any issues with a shipment and we will do our best to resolve it. Please keep in mind however, that our legal responsibility ends when goods are passed to the carrier.
